Mexican-Style Lasagna

   
      Create a little fusion with ooey-gooey KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, beans, and taco beef layered up and baked like a lasagna. The whole family will be pleased by your decision to make this dinnertime option. Bonus: It’s ready of the oven after just 30 minutes of prep, so it’s an easy win all around.


Mexican-Style Lasagna


Ingredients
  • 1 lb . lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
  • 1 pkg. TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix 1 oz.
  • 6 flour tortillas 6 inch
  • 1 can pinto beans 15 oz., rinsed
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in salsa and seasoning mix; simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Spread 1/2 cup onto bottom of 8-square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with 2 tortillas.
  3. Top with layers of 1/2 cup meat mixture, half the beans, 1/2 cup cheese and 2 tortillas. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture and cheese; cover.
  4. Bake 30 min.; uncover. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
