 Lobster Tails


2 Lobster
4 tablespoons butter + 2 tablespoons one tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup of chopped garlic
juice of 1 lemon
celtic sea salt
1 teaspoon of smoked peppers
1.2 tsp white pepper
2 tablespoons parsley dice.


1. Heat broiler to high.
2. In a large saucepan, add 4 tablespoons of butter and garlic, 3. cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning when you prepare lobster.
4. Put the lobster tail on a baking sheet or on a plate that is safe for the oven.
5. With sharp kitchen scissors or a knife, carefully cut the top of the lobster shell to the tip of the tail, avoid the meat.
6. Open and remove sand if needed.
7. Lift the shell carefully, so that the meat looks like it's sitting on the shell and is open.
8. Mix the spices in a small bowl.
9. Sprinkle with herbs.
10. Add a small grater of butter along the lobster tail.
11. Place it in the oven on the upper middle rack.
12. Let it cook until the meat is opaque and white, about 8-10 minutes.
13. After 6 minutes, add 3/4 butter and garlic from the pan to the lobster, drizzle over the lobster tail.
14. Remove and serve immediately with the remaining garlic and butter.
