Kol Gulung Shrimp Chicken Fill


    1 cabbage


    100 grams of chicken meat
    80 gr shrimp, peel the skin
    1 egg
    1 clove of garlic, puree
    1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp oyster sauce
    1/4 tsp pepper powder
    1/4 tsp salt (can be replaced with Alsultan NON MSG powder broth, as well as low salt suitable for those of you who are reducing salt)

How to make :

    Finely chop chicken and shrimp or if you can use a food processor if you have one.
    Mix shrimp slices with 1 egg, garlic, cornstarch, sugar, oyster sauce, pepper powder and salt                (Alsultan). Stir well.
    Correct the taste by boiling or frying a little dough, if it's appropriate to set aside.
    Prepare some cabbage, choose a wide one. Dip the cabbage briefly in boiling water until wilted.
    Fill the spiced shrimp chicken dough, roll it. Do it until all the ingredients run out.
    Steam for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked.

You can serve Chicken Shrimp Chicken Roll with peanut sauce. It's not for an afternoon snack when it's raining like this. Good luck :)
