Churn strawberry cheesecake ice cream

Summer can be even sweeter with this easy strawberry cheesecake ice cream.


Ingredients

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 1/2 ounces heavy cream
  • 7 ounces cream cheese
  • 1.7 ounces butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box of white Bis chocolate wafer (4.4 ounces white chocolate wafer)
  • 1 cup strawberries in syrup

    Instructions

    1. In a bowl, add the condensed milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and vanilla extract and beat with an electric mixer until forming a thick mixture. Reserve.
    2. In a processor, beat the white Bis.
    3. Add the white Bis to the mixture.
    4. Add the strawberries in syrup and stir gently.
    5. Transfer to a container and keep it in the freezer for 4 hours.
